Life’s challenges, responsibilities, and transitions can often leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, but this gentle workshop offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and return to your inner center. Through guided meditation, visualization, journaling, self-reflection, and Reiki integration, you'll be invited to explore your inner landscape and strengthen your connection to your intuition and personal truth. In a supportive and welcoming environment, you'll create space for healing, self-discovery, and renewal. No previous experience is required, only an open mind and a willingness to reconnect with yourself.
