This class is a beginner’s journey in becoming more mindfully aware of you're 7 chakra energy centers and the role they play in your body’s wellness. Topics discussed:  What is a Chakra? How they work. High-level overview of what each chakra influences, how to know if it is out of balance and exercises to re-balance. The session will end with a short chakra balancing meditation. Handouts provided.
