Blessed Herbal Candle Need Changes
Blessed Herbal Candle Emotional Balance
Blessed Herbal Candle Inner Balance
4" Square of paper
Red & Black pens
30 Day Calendar
Journal

On your paper, write in red the habit you want to bust.  Turn your paper counter clockwise one turn.  Write in black the habit you are going to replace it with.  Place that under the candle holders.  On your 30-day calendar, write the new habit across each week.

Light the 3 candles, stating out loud what habit you are busting and the new habit you are replacing it with.  Talk about your gratitude, what you have learned and how this new habit will feel. Create an affirmation for this new habit.

Every day, light your candle and write your affirmations in your journal and speak it loud.  Write about your gratitude and how you want the day to go.  At the end of the day, colour in each square on your calendar that you attempted to replace your old habit with the new one.
