Sound Healing With Giselle – 1 Hour With Debrief is a deeply immersive in‑store experience designed to help you release energetic blockages, relax the nervous system, and restore inner harmony through the power of vibration. Each session begins with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle, breathe, and ease into a receptive state. From there, Giselle creates a rich soundscape using singing crystal bowls, Tibetan brass bowls, rattles, drums, flutes, and a crystal pyramid. These harmonic frequencies move through the body, encouraging emotional release, energetic clearing, and a profound sense of well‑being. After the session, a debrief is provided to help you understand what arose and how to integrate the healing.
