Reiki Energy Alignment Melissa

Reiki Circle: Energy & Alignment is a 60-minute group healing experience designed to help you pause from the busyness of everyday life, relax, restore your energy, and reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit through the gentle healing energy of Reiki. Through guided grounding meditation, collective Reiki healing, quiet reflection, and time to simply rest and receive, you are invited to release stress, restore energetic balance, and create space for inner peace. No previous Reiki experience is required, making this circle welcoming for both those experiencing Reiki for the first time and those already familiar with energy healing. Each gathering may also include journaling, gentle group sharing, and a closing meditation with gratitude, allowing everyone to have their own unique experience. Please bring a yoga mat, small pillow, blanket, journal and pen, water bottle, and comfortable clothing.
