The Singing Bowl is a deeply resonant tool crafted from a combination of seven metals: Gold, Silver, Copper, Iron, Tin, Lead, and Mercury. These metals represent the planets: Gold for the Sun, Silver for the Moon, Mercury for Mercury, Copper for Venus, Iron for Mars, Tin for Jupiter, and Lead for Saturn. Hand-hammered to create a unique sound, the size and weight of each singing bowl can vary, but the bowl includes a wood and suede mallet for use. The sound produced when the mallet is gently rubbed around the rim of the bowl induces a meditative state by aligning with the brain’s natural frequencies, bringing a sense of relaxation and peace.

Singing bowls have been used for centuries in Tibetan meditation practices, known for their ability to generate vibrations that resonate with the body and mind. These vibrations are said to mirror brain waves that create feelings of tranquility. This particular bowl is adorned with the symbol of Tara, the Goddess of mercy and compassion. Tara is known to bring inner peace and spiritual acceptance, guiding her devotees to remain centered and connect to the oneness of all creation. The Goddess reminds us of the importance of nurturing the spirit, fostering compassion, and embracing the path to personal and spiritual growth.

To use the bowl, gently strike it with the mallet to create a pure, harmonic sound or run the mallet around the rim to produce a continuous hum. This sound will deepen with each pass and fill your space with healing vibrations, promoting a calming and meditative environment. Singing bowls are often used in spiritual rituals, energy healing, or simply to enhance moments of mindfulness.
