Did you know crystals can be used as a healing tools?  Experience Summer crystal healing energy with Giselle.  She will lead you through a guided meditation to bring shimmering sunlight to help realign or activate our inner joy ( 3rd Chakra , Solar Plexus). We will be using crystals during this session.  Enjoy the Sound Bath to unwind and relax into peaceful vibrations from musical instruments like singing bowls , chimes, shakers and Gong.
Bring a yoga mat and pillow for comfort either to lie down or be seated . Limited spots.  See you soon!.
