Drum Bag Medicine Turtle 14"

This drum bag, designed by Odawa-Pottawatomi artist James Jacko, beautifully embodies the sacred symbolism of the Turtle in Indigenous culture. The Turtle carries the four colors of the medicine wheel, each representing significant elements that may vary among tribes. The seven circles depicted on the design signify the seven teachings, which guide Indigenous wisdom and values. Within each circle, a bird is illustrated, symbolizing the delivery of messages from the Creator. Crafted from 100% polyester, this drum bag offers both durability and protection with padded front and back panels. It features an adjustable shoulder strap for comfort, while its exterior measurements of 39 cm in diameter and 10 cm in depth (15.3" x 4") ensure it fits drums up to 14 inches (35.5 cm) in diameter and 3.5 inches (9 cm) in depth.
