Reiki Level 1 With Mona – 4 Hours is a welcoming, foundational in‑store training for anyone who feels called to heal. No prerequisites are required. Reiki is a gentle, powerful practice that supports balance in the mind, body, and spirit. It reduces stress, enhances mental clarity, improves focus, and nurtures a deeper sense of well‑being. In this Level I class, Mona guides you through the history of Usui Reiki, teaches self‑treatment techniques, and offers hands‑on practice with fellow students. You’ll receive a Level I attunement, experience healing energy flowing through you, and gain a basic understanding of energy and the chakra system. A full manual is provided to support your learning and continued practice.

I learned Reiki level 1 and was attuned by Mona after visiting her many times to receive Reiki healing prior to that. She is such a positive and kind soul and it was a wonderful experience to learn Usui Reiki level 1 with her. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in learning Reiki, no matter your prior level of knowledge & experience with energy healing modalities.

I received Reiki Part 1 training from Mona today. I wasn't sure what to expect and, to be honest, I was a bit nervous. But the moment I arrived, I knew I was in competent hands. Mona was kind, gentle, and loving, and I felt safe to learn. She gave me a manual and went through it step by step with me. Mona patiently answered my questions and used real-life examples to bring the concepts to life. She taught me foundational techniques, and I was given the opportunity to practice my skills on a willing participant. He gave gentle feedback, and I was able to refine my skills. I left feeling light, full of love, and I had a sense this is where my soul journey was leading me.
