Gitxsan Hand Zip‑Around Wallet features the deeply meaningful artwork of Gitxsan artist Michelle Stoney, created to honour local survivors and carry forward community healing. The hand design was inspired by local high‑school teachers seeking a symbol of recognition and remembrance. In the palm rests Stigyoden, the sacred mountain of the Gitxsan Nation in Northern British Columbia. Surrounding it are majagalee—flowers symbolizing children—while the feathers at the top represent the children who never made it home. Measuring 12.5 cm × 21 cm, this PU wallet is zipper‑closed and includes eight card slots, five compartments, and a secure zipped pocket inside. RFID protection adds modern practicality to a powerful piece of cultural storytelling and honour.
