Crystals & the Chakras

When healing or balancing a chakra, an appropriate stone that corresponds to that chakra is used.  You may place the stone on either the front of back of your body on the place where the chakra you are are healing/balancing is located.   You may place crystals on the chakras or above your head or below your feet to help you with certain tasks.

The crystals listed are just a suggestion, but others can be used as well as the ones listed below.
