As you settle comfortably, our expert meditation guide & Sound healer, Giselle, will lead you through a gentle meditation practice, to be peaceful with the intention of inner self-love and support.

Mats are provided or bring your own. It is suggested to bring a blanket and small pillow for comfort. No meditation experience needed. Seated is an option as well. Bring a bottle of water if needed.
