When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation that will include your tracking number.

What if I only get part of my order?
In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping. We do our best to ship everything together.
Can I get my purchase gift wrapped? Of course! With the exception of some furniture items that are too large to be wrapped, gift wrapping is a complimentary service we provide with each purchase. The gift wrap option, as well as gift message, is available in the checkout process.
What if something is out of stock? If something you want to order is out of stock, we’ll let you know when you try to add it to your shopping bag. If you want, you can click on the link provided and we’ll let you know when it’s back in stock again.
